These terms govern use of EVOrbit websites, applications, charging stations, browser charging, and related services provided by DANDT AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED.

Using the service

• You must provide accurate information and use a valid mobile number when required.
• You must follow station safety instructions, connector handling guidance, and applicable law.
• You must not attempt to bypass charging controls, interfere with equipment, misuse payment methods, or access another user's account or session.

Charging sessions and payments

Availability is not guaranteed until a charging session is successfully started. Tariffs and any connection fee are displayed before payment. Payment processing is handled by our payment partner. We may stop or decline a session for safety, equipment, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational reasons.

Equipment and safety

Use only compatible vehicles and connectors. Stop use and contact support if equipment appears damaged, unsafe, or faulty. EVOrbit and station operators are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, incompatible equipment, or circumstances outside reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Changes and support

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after publication of an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact support for a copy of these terms.
