Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before charging starts

If payment is captured but EVOrbit cannot start the requested charging session, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment source or handled according to the payment provider's process. Do not initiate a second payment while a previous payment is still being confirmed.

After charging starts

The final amount is based on the applicable tariff and the recorded charging session, and is deducted from your EVOrbit wallet.

Cancellations

Charging can be stopped from the active session screen or according to the station's instructions. Charges already incurred for delivered energy and applicable connection fees remain payable.

Refund timing

Wallet credits are applied after successful processing. Refunds to the original payment source depend on the payment provider and bank processing times. If you believe a payment was duplicated or incorrect, contact us with the payment reference and station details.
